I started C3 Virtual in March 2015 with a focus on being self-employed. My niche is working in the Executive Assistant world to C-Level management, solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, growth coaches, etc. A recent influx of interest in my services has inspired me to grow my company. This new opportunity allows me to expand my services and reach more clients. I'm seeking a dedicated and patient individual to join my team as a virtual assistant. As a C3VA, you will provide professional administrative services, completing tasks and projects assigned by clients with high quality and timeliness.

As a contracted virtual assistant, you will support my company’s growth and work with clients individually or alongside me. Once you reach your capacity, I will bring on additional contractors to manage overflow.

Responsibilities:

The VA may assist the client with:

Communications:

Manage client communications to ensure satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Administrative Tasks:

Handle scheduling, email management, and data entry.
-
Manage personal and business calendars, including scheduling appointments and monitoring for potential conflicts.

Project Coordination:

Assist with coordinating and following up on projects.

Facilitate on-time completion of projects and goals.
-
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client experiences.

Oversee project management and organization.
-

Research:
-
Conduct research on events, travel, projects, etc.

Deliver research results within an established time frame, based on best practices and team preferences.

Expenses:

Ensure purchases meet client specifications.

Manage expense reporting and organization.

Email Management:

Manage the email inbox, responding to and organizing emails based on company policies.

Social Media Management and Marketing

Meeting Support:

Attend virtual meetings, draft agendas, take meeting minutes, and provide follow-up as required.

Other duties as assigned
The VA must maintain continuous and clear communication regarding task status, needs, and inquiries with clients. This includes acknowledging all assigned tasks within the agreed-upon timeframe, understanding expected due dates, promptly communicating any changes or delays, and seeking additional task support or client coverage during absences. They are also responsible for accurately tracking all billable hours in real-time using the official C3 Virtual time tracking system.

Candidate Competencies:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a virtual assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role required

Experience working with B2B SaaS organizations would be great

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Familiarity with various platforms is crucial, but, if something is new to you, no worries! I can provide training. I'm looking for someone comfortable and proficient in learning new programs, including:

I will be pushing heavy on marketing to bring in new clients, so you don’t have to worry about that. With no fixed hours—just timely completion of work and availability during business hours—you'll have the flexibility to manage your time effectively.

Compensation Details: You'll operate as a 1099 independent contractor, earning a competitive hourly rate. My competitive pay starts at $23 per hour, higher than many other virtual assistant companies. With the potential to earn up to $2,200 per month depending on your client mix, there's ample opportunity to grow with my company and take on more responsibilities as we expand.

Tenure perks await! After 6 months, VA hourly rates can increase based on qualifications and client retention, ensuring your efforts are duly rewarded as you continue to excel with me.
